Dispatch and Response Delays
My apologies for any delays but there's likely to be a backlog of dispatching orders and responses to emails/tweets/messages.
I've just had shoulder surgery and am currently recovering in a sling, which is slowing me down. Fighting the sleepiness caused by Codeine whilst trying to package orders one-handed is extremely challenging.
In addition, unfortunately my Grandmother passed away last night, so this early week I'm going to be spending time sorting the house, spending time with the family, etc.
My apologies for any inconvenience this'll cause, but the reality is that as a small business owner there's no big team to handover to or some annual leave to take, so sometimes in some situations disruptions are unavoidable.
